Lt Col Phindi Mabitsela is the new Etwatwa SAPS detective’s branch commander, a post she took up in November last year.
Mabitsela, who has been in the SAPS for 32 years, said she is looking forward to ensuring that the community of Etwatwa feels safe and protected.
