Waste removal continues during Easter weekend

“Residents are reminded, though, that the waste disposal sites are closed during this period.”

Waste removal will continue as normal in the Ekurhuleni metro over the Easter weekend.

The metro’s spokesperson, Themba Gadebe, said refuse collections will take place on Good Friday (April 10) and Easter Monday (April 13), and throughout the Covid-19 lockdown period.
