Youngster’s birthday benefits SPCA

A little kindness never goes unappreciated, and Kylie van Rensburg proved this again when she chose to ask for dog and cat food to donate instead of receiving gifts at her birthday party.

The Grade Seven St Dunstan’s learner recently celebrated her birthday and chose to help the Benoni SPCA.

The youngster’s mother, Colette van Rensburg, was so smitten by her daughter’s generosity that she decided to share her story with the City Times.
