Rotary Anns’ sewing project ends the year with party dresses
All the learning and sewing was done at the St Alban’s Church in Daveyton.
To end the year, participants of the Benoni Aurora Rotary Anns’ Sewing Project put their passion for fashion to the test by creating beautiful party dresses for children as their final project.
Learners who signed up for the lessons with Jimmy Matsho, a tailor by profession, recently passed their certificated course to make tailored and professional items.
All the learning, sewing and throwing around of creative ideas was done at the St Alban’s Church in Daveyton.
While Matsho has to take off the year in 2022 to complete an advance administrative course, new learners don’t need to worry as he had passed the reigns on to Nonhlanhla Nathi who has new learners signed up for the new year.
