SPCA welcomes new manager

Her goal is to brainstorm new ideas with the hope to increase the organisation’s funds.

A love for animals and the will to go out and help where it is most needed is what led Bronwyn Kleynhans to the Benoni SPCA as the society’s new manager since the beginning of November.

She comes with a background of managerial experience as she worked in corporate for many years and later started her own company.

Kleynhans is not only a manager, she is also a mom to her own fur babies, which works to her benefit in her new role.

The new manager is a pet parent to three dogs, a cat and is in the process of adopting another from the organisation.

She plans to use the skills she acquired from her experiences to ensure that the welfare of the animals in the care of the organisation is of top priority.

Her goal is to brainstorm new ideas with the hope to increase the organisation’s funds.

While she is still familiarising herself with her new role and learning the ropes, Kleynhans said one of her hopes is to increase the adoption rate so that all the cats and dogs find loving homes.

To adopt a pet or make a donation to the Benoni SPCA, contact 011 894 2814/5 or visit 3 Klein Street, Lakefield.
