Local in line for Woman of Stature Award

The finalists in the 16 categories of the Woman of Stature Awards 2022 were announced on November 14.
This year, the awards include CEO of the Year, which is the only category open to both men and women.
The awards provide the participants with an opportunity to evaluate their business’ strengths and opportunities.
They also provide great exposure and access to other influential people in a variety of industries.
For many women, the awards are a long-awaited opportunity to boost their business.
One hundred and twelve finalists will be contesting for the prestigious title of Woman of Stature 2022, which has gained global recognition over the past eight years since its inception.
On March 12, the Woman of Stature Foundation will host its seventh Gala Recognition Awards at the Indaba Hotel in Fourways, Johannesburg.
A glamorous and notable event, the Woman of Stature Awards celebrate the most inspiring and impactful women in South Africa across multiple industry sectors, including education, media and agriculture.
Part of winning the award includes extensive public relations exposure comprising radio and television interviews as well as articles in noteworthy publications.
The finalists receive great brand exposure for themselves and their businesses leading up to the main event.
Many of the past award winners remarked on the continued support by the foundation and opportunities they receive throughout their year of reign.
They made a particular mention of the Woman of Stature Foundation CEO, who, during this uncertain time of the Covid-19 pandemic, ensures to approach each winner regularly to check in and help the women navigate the business and personal challenges of the pandemic.
