Three hospitalised after Great North accident

Three people were injured in an accident on the corner of Great North and Celia Nestadt roads on April 6.

According to EMPD media liaison officer Lerato Monyane, a motorbike and a car collided at around 21:00.

“The driver of the motorbike sustained serious injuries, while two people in the car sustained moderate injuries.

“The three people were taken to hospital. A case of negligent and reckless driving has been opened at the Benoni SAPS,” she said.
