There are only two days left before the 22nd Beautiful Gardens of Benoni.
The spectacular garden tour, hosted by the Rotary Anns of Benoni van Ryn, officially opens at 10:00 to 16:30, on January 28 and 29.
The tour will kick off at 8 West Street where tickets, for one of the most sought-after events on the city’s social calendar, will also be on sale.
Tickets are R50 and children under 12 enter for free.
Fancy a spot of tea and a generous helping of old-fashioned homemade quiche?
Stop off at the magnificently manicured garden at 22 Shorten Street to support the Anns’ ever-popular tea garden.
A wide variety of cakes, open sandwiches, prego rolls and refreshments will be on sale.
As always, funds raised during the event will be used to fund some of the organisation’s ongoing charity drives.
The event is sponsored by Heckers Garden Centre as well as RE/MAX Dazzle Benoni and will feature the following gardens:
