Book your spot for charity golf day

All proceeds raised will assist organisations such CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa), Thandanani Centre (South Africa), and Acreditar (Portugal).

Be the Best Version of Yourself Foundation will host its annual charity golf day on October 26 at Benoni Country Club.

The aim of the day is to raise awareness and funds for cancer and mental wellness organisations.

According to the founder Nolan Pillay, the chosen beneficiaries are CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation South Africa), Thandanani Centre (South Africa), and Acreditar (Portugal).

“These organisations work tirelessly to provide support, care and hope to those affected by cancer and mental conditions. The event promises to be a day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and most importantly, a chance to contribute to something meaningful. We invite you to participate by sponsoring a hole or purchasing a four ball slot.”

Pillay said last year they embarked on a remarkable journey by raising funds for the deaf community.

“We conquered the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro with five deaf individuals and two hearing companions. With the funds raised, we were able to provide two children with life-changing hearing aids. It was a journey that showcased the strength and determination of individuals coming together for a greater cause,” said Pillay.

To sponsor a hole, here are the options:
• R1 000 – display two banners
• R2 000 – display two banners and a gazebo
• R3 000 – display two banners, gazebo and the foundation will market your company on our social media accounts and our website.
A fee of R500 will include dinner and a goodie bag at a prize-giving ceremony.

“The Be the Best Version of Yourself Foundation is a registered NPO, we are Section 18a approved so your valued contribution is tax deductible according to the regulations of SARS,” said Pillay.
