Wattville NPO Step into Positivity recently hosted its annual Miss Wattville at the Actonville Community Hall. Xoliswa Mahlangu was crowned Miss Wattville Queen 2023, while Kerrisha Malindi was crowned Miss Wattville Pre-Teen 2023. The winners walked away with amazing prizes.
