Water tower being filled, expect interruptions from 23:00 on Sunday

The City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) urges members of the Benoni community to make provision for a six-hour water interruption on Sunday (January 19) from 23:00 to 05:00 on Monday (January 20).

Water supply to Farrarmere, Northmead, Rynfield, Brentwood Park, Goedeburg, the south-western part of Morehill and Ebotse will be interrupted due testing and filling of the newly constructed Northmead water tower.

Water tankers will be stationed at the Engen Garage in Brentwood Park, Rynfield Terrace Shopping Centre and Farrarmere Gardens on Monday.
