Decapitated body of delivery driver found in Main Reef Road

The decapitated body of a man, believed to be a motorbike delivery driver in his late 30s, was found in Main Reef Road on March 1, just after 20:00.
According to Gauteng police spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, it is not yet clear how the man was killed and his motorbike, wallet and other belongings were found at the scene.
Members of the public are urged to come forward if they have missing loved ones, as the body remains unidentified.
Police have opened a case of murder and are appealing for information from the public that can assist the investigation.
