Falconer and Da Vincenzo triumph at State Mines

They won by 49 points.

Michelle Falconer and Tania da Vincenzo were crowned the Ekurhuleni Senior Women’s Golf (ESWG) memorial tournament champions after capturing the title at the State Mines Country Club on March 3.

Falconer and Da Vincenzo scored 49 points, beating runners-up Nasima Bhyat and Jenni Looi, who managed 47 points for second place.

The team of Marzia Jonker and Bev Bray were a point behind Bhyat and Looi after registering 46 points (counted in) to complete the top three. Jeanette Ross and Veronica Tredoux finished fourth on 46 points (counted out).
