Tail wagging donation for welfare organisation’s pups

The businesses have collaborated to collect four tons of tyres since November.

Linda Birch of Wearpact Replacement Parts, in Benoni South, recently joined hands with Formula K to collect second-hand karting tyres for Pit Bull Sanctuary SA, in Benoni. The collaborative effort saw karting enthusiasts and teams donating more than four tons of used treads to be used to create stimulating toys for the organisations’ canines. Seen here collecting yet another truckload are Nirene Swanepoel, Formula K race secretary and Cosby Mathumba, Wearpact driver.
