The Rotary Club of Benoni Aurora, in collaboration with JT Bespoke Designs, the Homestead Helpers and the Rampage Modelling Agency, will host the Trashion and Fashion Show on May 24.

The event will be at EcoKids Primary on 254 Swallow Road, Rynfield, from 13:00 until late.

Entrance fees are R150 for adults, R100 for pensioners and R50 for children.

Learners from eight schools in Benoni will create exciting and unusual fashion designs using recyclable materials. Models from the Rampage Modelling Agency will showcase unique garments created by the St Albans Sewing School, under the guidance of Jimmy from JT Bespoke Designs.

A 10-seater table costs R2 000 or R200 per person. Platters are available on request, and your catering is welcome.

All proceeds will be shared between the JT Bespoke Sewing School and the Homestead Helpers for Benoni.
Children of all ages are welcome.

The public is encouraged to bring unwanted haberdashery items to donate to Jimmy’s sewing school.
