SPARK Rynfield warms hearts with donation to Kids Haven

Connie Biyela from Kids Haven said SPARK Rynfield’s donation has brought warmth, dignity, and hope to children who need it most.

Representatives from Kids Haven recently visited SPARK Rynfield to collect stacks of pre-loved clothes, shoes and blankets donated by scholars and parents in support of Kids Haven’s Pack-a-Sack Campaign.

Select items will help keep the 153 children living at Kids Haven warm this winter, while others will be sold in the charity shop to support the organisation’s monthly operating costs.

According to Connie Biyela from Kids Haven, SPARK Rynfield’s donation has brought warmth, dignity, and hope to children who need it most.

The organisation expressed gratitude for the generous donation.

Principal at SPARK Rynfield Vuyelwa Tau, said: “We are proud to give back to our community and to demonstrate two of our core values at SPARK Schools, service and kindness.”
