The CPF needs volunteers

Become the hero your community needs.

Sector 1 of the Benoni CPF is calling on men and women to join its ranks in its continued effort to create a safe community for all.

Covering areas including Morehill, Rynfield and Ebotse, the sector plays a vital role in safeguarding residents and assisting in times of need.

Participation in CPF-related activities is voluntary, and patrol responsibilities include:
• Increasing security throughout the community.

• Deter crime through visible community presence.

• Involvement in high-visibility operations and joint efforts with the SAPS, private security, EMPD, Gauteng Traffic, the Department of Home Affairs and other key stakeholders.

• Crime prevention initiatives.

• Community awareness campaigns aimed at building a united community driven to make a difference.

No experience is needed to become a CPF patroller. Relevant training will be provided; all that is needed is commitment and dedication of time.
