Time for Apricot Tree learners to shine

Help make this a day to remember.

Following a year of attaining momentous milestones, the learners of Apricot Tree’s stimulation centre are ready to celebrate yet another year of growth.

On November 29, the junior and senior students will sparkle at the centre’s ‘A Time to Shine’ year-end function.
Residents of Northmead and surrounds are invited to line the street leading to 10 and 11 Ninth Avenue at 15:00 (for the juniors) and again at 18:00 (for the seniors) to welcome the learners to the glitzy event.

“The event aims to celebrate each one of our children and to create an occasion where they are the stars of the ball,” said principal Abby-Jade Reason.

“It would mean the world to the kids if they could arrive with fanfare.”

Reason further appeals to owners of exotic cars to donate their time and petrol to give learners a short ride to the centre.

“We really want the kids to have a ‘prom’ experience and would also appreciate the services of a photographer to capture the smiles and memories.”
