Garlands a happy place for women

Guests are always welcome.

The Garlands Ladies Luncheon Club kicked the year off with a social meeting at the Katse Room, Ebotse, on January 22.

From tales about their December holidays to jabbering about past lives, the supernatural and everything in between, the ladies let their hair down to enjoy an afternoon with like-minded individuals.

Dubbing the coming year as 20-20-fix, club president Margie Kostelac proclaimed that their upcoming monthly meetings with guest speakers will present opportunities to help members become more self-aware, take an inward journey and celebrate their personal victories.

“You matter and through our get-togethers we want to ensure that you know that you are loved dearly,” she said.

“We urge members and guests to join our monthly meetings – bring your friends, family and colleagues. Let us continue to grow this space where life, friendship and femininity is celebrated with roaring cheer.”

The ladies meet again on February 19 at 12:00 with a gripping talk by Sally Matthee about her latest ‘off-the-beaten-trek’ adventures.
