News from the TAG kennels

Love is, sloppy kisses and tail-wagging greetings

Cupid is shining his arrows and practising his aim, targeting homes in need of loving bundles of fur.

It’s the month of love, and The Animal Guardians’ (TAG) ‘paw-some’ canines and felines’ hearts are brimming with love, ready to boop wet-nosed kisses on caring humans looking to welcome them into their home.

These and many more are searching for their soulmates, to arrange a date, visit 86 Cloverdene Road, Van Ryn, Benoni, or contact Annie Jungmann via WhatsApp on 076 330 5736.

Chino, may be one leg short from being a speeding pup, but what he lacks in paws he makes up in moxie. This six-year-old is bouncing boy with bounds of energy and a hunger for treats. Photo: Jani de Beer

Love without litters

Through TAG’s ongoing community outreach project, 41 animals were sterilised in January.

This is a testament of love which not only benefits a beloved pet’s health but also prevents unwanted litters that may fall victim to abuse, neglect or abandonment.

Donations enable this welfare organisation to continue its work in providing a haven for the city’s furry citizens.

TAG currently needs:
• A robust lawn mower and brushcutter
• Dog and cat food
• Blankets

Donations can be made to TAG Standard Bank (Cheque Account), Account number: 10106261256, Branch code: 051001. Use the reference “Support.”

Alternatively, seal a delivery with a kiss and deliver it to their door.
