Steel company spreads the warmth – again

The Kimberley branch stood out and took home the Spirit Trophy

For the second year in a row, Stewarts & Lloyds has taken on a national blanket drive to help those in need throughout the country.

Every branch made an effort to make the event special. In addition to handing out the blankets, teams also raised money and ordered groceries and necessities for charities in need.

This year, the Stewarts & Lloyds Kimberley branch stood out and took home the Spirit Trophy.

This branch donated 50 blankets and an R2 500 food voucher to Jannie Roux Children’s Home.

The residents were also treated to R2 500 worth of soup and vetkoek to enjoy on the day.
Kimberley’s donations were described as a big blessing to the children.

The Stewarts & Lloyds group managed to help over 30 charities nationwide, including various SPCAs, other animal shelters, children’s homes, old age homes and more.
