Foundation interns need ‘rehearsal’ interviews at local businesses

Small business owners are encouraged to engage candidates through rehearsal interviews.

Gryphon Enterprise Development has been appointed by the Gryphon Foundation to facilitate their internship programme and place young individuals within small businesses.

Gryphon invites small businesses operating in Benoni and Boksburg to share in the opportunity by offering their time to interview candidates for them to complete their profiling.

This will also allow candidates to familiarise themselves with the interview atmosphere in a low-stress environment, giving them time to learn how to best manage their nerves, and also reducing some of the anxiety associated with feeling underprepared.

Background

The Gryphon Foundation aims to support enterprise development initiatives among unemployed youth that lack the necessary qualifications and experience for gainful employment as well as SMMEs that require critical strategic thinking skills in business.

This provides support to Gryphon Enterprise Development to facilitate the internship programme.

Should you be willing to donate your time and engage our candidates through rehearsal interviews kindly send an email to enquiries@gryphonfoundation.org.za
