Dressed in colourful attire to welcome spring in style, artists came out in their numbers to exhibit their paintings at the Benoni Art Spring Festival at CR Swart Park in Rynfield on September 3.

The exhibition, held in conjunction with the Ebotse Market in the Park, attracted those who appreciate the fine detail, talent and technique that goes into creating a masterpiece.

Katinka Meiring, Larry Mervitz and Susan Smit hold a landscape painting.

Colourful creations were in display as art lovers went from stall to stall looking for a painting they found appealing.
