WATCH: Rynsoord Primary learners celebrate Heritage Day

The school celebrated the day with song and dance on September 22.

Rynsoord Primary School celebrated the country’s diverse and rich heritage on September 22 with greetings in the 12 official languages, thrilling Xitsonga and Batswana dance performances and poems recited in Tamil.

Dressed in their various heritage outfits, the learners and teachers glowed as they celebrated Heritage Day in song and dance inside the school hall.

The learners embraced South Africa’s diversity as they dressed up in their Xibelani, Isicholo and Seanamarena while others celebrated by being part of the various performances rendered on the day.
