TO: Ramodumo Reuben Ramotopo, an adult male person who resides within the Republic of South Africa and whose present whereabouts are unknown:
TAKE NOTICE THAT by summons issued out of this court, you have been called upon to give notice, within 30 days after publication hereof, to the registrar of this court and to the plaintiff`s attorney of your intention to defend (if any) in an action wherein Maropene Angelina Ramotopo seeks:
1. A decree of divorce;
2. Forfeiture of benefits;
3.An order that the parties shall retain full parental responsibilities and rights in respect of the minor child, inclusive of the right to act as guardian, to care for, to maintain contact with and to contribute to the maintenance of the minor child;
3.1.Primary residence of the minor child shall be with the Plaintiff;
3.2.Specific parental responsibilities and rights with regards to the minor child is awarded to the defendant, including the right to have contact with him every alternative weekend and every alternative long and short school holiday, having regard to their social, school and extra-mural activities;
3.3.The issue of the minor`s maintenance to be referred to the Maintenance Court;
4. Each party to pay its own Costs;
5. Further and/or alternative relief.
TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you fail to give such notice, judgement may be granted against you without further reference to you.
