Re: Open lamp post/Farrarmere

Grateful thanks to the most efficient, courteous, well spoken gentleman, Peter, who responded within my telephone call of this morning to the problem of someone continuously switching off our electricity supply from the street lamp post; ie circuit breaker.

This was originally reported on December 21, 2012, and we have since then been battling to get a cover replaced on that particular street lamp post.

Service really counts when the complaint is sent to the correct, responsible person, in this case, Peter, who dealt with the on-going problem in a matter of a few hours.

Thank you, sir, it’s greatly appreciated.

Kind regards from a worried resident — no more.
