Ring returned, thank you

I would just like to say a very BIG thank you to the unknown lady who shopped at Woolworths, Farrarmere Square, on February 5.

She found my ring and handed it in to Andries.

On Wednesday, February 5, I realised with a shock that I had lost my ring.

I traced my steps back at work and home, but to no avail.

On Friday, I realised I had made a short stop at Woolworths and must have lost it there.

I called and was told a ring had been handed in and I was welcome to come in and identify it.

I was overjoyed when it was, indeed, my ring (an anniversary present given to me by my hubby 16 years ago).

To this lady and Andries, I can’t say thank you enough.

You have restored my faith in humankind.
