On December 1 I woke up to find my wallet had been stolen from my car which was parked in our yard, despite a fence of over two metres.

I had accidentally left it there the previous day – and as Murphy would have it – that was the night they came over our walls.
Tracks led up to my car, muddy feet inside; no wallet.
After a tiring long day I was contacted by an old school friend, Anneli le Roux, about a post on a WhatsApp group she saw.
My wallet had been found three blocks from my house in a driveway.
The most important items were still inside, along with R15 in silver.
I just want to thank Anneli, Kim and Sean for helping to return my wallet to me.
I am so glad that there are still helpful and honest people around.
May you all be blessed as I surely was.
