“As the depot management, we are taking the allegations very seriously and executing our internal processes to prevent the reoccurrence.

“In note of the above, we encourage our residents to do the following to assist us to track the ill-discipline worker.

• Record the vehicle registration number.

• Date, time and day of the week of the incident.

• Contact of the complainant.

• Suburb and street name.
