I want to wish all the matrics and Grade Seven learners a wonderful first day back at school.
I know there is a lot of controversy around returning to school, but for those who do return all the best.
Do not forget to wear your face masks at all times, except when you want to eat, sanitise and keep your distance from your fellow classmates.
I know it is not always easy and often we tend to forget, but maintaining distance is not only beneficial for you, it is beneficial for those you interact with.
If you forget, and accidentally hug someone, it is not the end of the world, sanitise and at all times, avoid touching your face.
Together we will overcome this.
Food parcels and study material donated to 60 Daveyton learners
To the parents who are choosing to keep your children at home, I hope they too get the learning material they need to have a successful year.
