Buys to fight for vacant EFC bantamweight title

Lakefield fighter and former EFC flyweight interim champion JP Buys (21) will make a return to the EFC hexagon after being handed an opportunity to fight Frenchman Phillipé Rouch for the vacant bantamweight championship after Demare ‘The Wolf’ Pena decided to take a break from the sport.

The date of the bout is still to be announced.
