Benoni Northerns Athletic Club (BNAC) held their annual post-Comrades Marathon Aches and Pains party at the club on the night of June 29.

The event celebrates the runners who completed the 2018 Comrades Marathon, which took place on June 10 from Pietermaritzburg to Durban.

As always, club president and life member Norman Milne was on hand to deliver his famous Aches and Pains talk.
