Prizes for Northmead bowlers who delivered in the 2017/18 club season

Northmead’s kings and queens of the greens.

Northmead Bowling Club wrapped up their 2017/2018 club competition season with their annual prize-giving ceremony and dinner on the night of August 3 at the club.

Award winners are:

  • Men’s Championship Singles: Glen Williams
  • Women’s Championship Singles: Cynthia Emmerich
  • Men’s Senior Singles: Mike Burns
  • Women’s Senior Singles: Margaret Cousins
  • Men’s Handicap Singles: Tony de Freitas
  • Women’s Handicap Singles: Stephanie Hill
  • Women’s Novice Singles: Sylvia Smit
  • Men’s Selected Pairs: Ivan Tinniswood and Mike Logan
  • Women’s Selected Pairs: Merle Wiemers and Cynthia Emmerich
  • Men’s Drawn Pairs: Ivan Tinniswood and Tony de Freitas
  • Women’s Drawn Pairs: Muriel Goode and Stephanie Hill
  • Mixed Pairs: Derrick Blann and Deseree Parrack
  • Mixed Trips: Lisa Adamson, Mike Burns and Glen Williams
  • Victor ludorum: Tony de Freitas
  • Victrix ludorum: Stephanie Hill
  • Clubman of the Year: Clifford Adamson
  • Most Improved Male Bowler: Glen Williams
  • Most Improved Female Bowler: Erica Keegan
  • Stirrer of the Year: Des Day.
Northmead Bowling Club’s victor ludorum for the 2017/2018 club competition season is Tony de Freitas.

 

Clifford Adamson was announced as Northmead Bowling Club’s Clubman of the Year at the prize-giving ceremony at the club on August 3.
