New five-a-side league kicks off
If you’re looking for a hobby that will keep you fit or a fun night out in the fresh air playing a sport you love, then this league is for you.
A new league called SuperBall five-a-side has recently formed a partnership with Nici Boswell, who runs the Off the Wall PowerBall soccer arena in Boksburg.
SuperSport United Soccer School (SSUSS) coach Ryan Macfarlane could not be more excited.

“Nici has come on board to run their leagues at the Benoni Country Club (BCC),” said Macfarlane.
“Nici has years of experience in running five-a-side leagues and will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the leagues in Benoni.”
The leagues will commence from March 23 and will run in the evenings, five days a week, hosting both male and female leagues.

The leagues will accommodate social and elite teams.
“The fields at BCC differ from the typical five-a-side football field because they don’t have boundary walls and instead have outlines similar to a standard football field,” explained Macfarlane.
“We designed the fields in this way to give teams a mix between traditional five-a-side football and futsal.
“This makes for a fast-paced exciting game and the world-class facilities at BCC are the perfect place to host this beautiful game.”
