Entries continue to pour in for dirt bike video competition

A video competition is dominating the current dirt bike scene with its unique online event.

The inaugural Monster Energy Triple Threat online Dirt Bike video competition, in association with Yamaha South Africa, Liqui Moly SA, Leatt and PlayStation/Supercross 4, is dominating the dirt bike scene with their unique online event.

There are now close to 60 entries in the pro division with just over two weeks to go. In addition, several entries are scheduled for imminent release.

The amateur division has enjoyed similar interest, with close to 30 entries to date and a few stacked up for later release.

Entries are open from September 1 to November 30 this year, and winners will be announced on December 14.

There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs!

Every entry stands a chance of winning the grand prize of the all-new 2022 Yamaha YZ125 Motocross Bike.

The pro division winner will take home R20 000 prize money.

The amateur division winners (adult and junior) will get kitted out with motocross gear from Leatt.

There is also the epic fails division sponsored by Liqui Moly SA. These are prizes for wipeouts, failed attempts and slams. Each month, a chosen winner will walk away with a R5 000 voucher to be redeemed for products and merchandise on the Liqui Moly online store.

Monthly winners will go into the final round of public voting.

The overall winner will take home a R10 000 voucher to be redeemed on the Liqui Moly online store.
