Bester and Otto first at Emperors classic
The race came back after a three-year absence due to Covid19.
Billed as the race of dreams, the Emperors Palace Road Classic returned to the streets of Ekurhuleni on March 27 after a three-year absence due to Covid19.
The race attracted over 3 000 participants. Shaun-Nick Bester won the men’s elite event. He was followed in second place by Jaco van Dyk while Dusty Day came third.

Taneale Otto claimed first place in the elite women’s category. S’anarra Grove followed in second place and Liza-Ann Louw completed the podium.
