Beware of disruptions during BNAC Marathon

The marathon, half-marathon and 48km ultra-race start at 06:00. The 10 and 5km races will follow at 06:10.

Residents in parts of Northmead and Rynfield are urged to be aware of disruptions along the route of the BNAC Marathon on Sunday, April 19.

The race includes the 48km ultra-race, 42.2km and 21.1km, as well as 10km and 5km fun run.

It will start and finish at the Benoni Northerns Sports Club on 1 Brodigan Street, Northmead.

The 42.2km and 48km, which are Comrades Marathon qualifiers, are a double-lapper of the 21.1km through the Ebotse Estate. The runners in the ultra-race will divert to the 5km route after completing the marathon.
