Legends clinch T20 cup

Faizel Behmat won the best bowler of tournament award while Mohammed Sufi walked away with the best batsman accolade.

Turky Legends from Bakerton claimed a three-wicket win over Lenasia side T&B Brothers to be crowned the Actonville Spurs Cricket Club T20 champions at Lords Cricket Ground on September 25.

Sent in to field, they restricted their opponents to 139 runs. T&B could not form any meaningful partnerships as wickets fell at regular intervals.

Legends began their run chase with an excellent opening stand that lay a solid foundation. However, after the partnership was broken, they made it difficult for themselves as they lost wickets cheaply.
