In Pictures: That feeling at the start of the race
Sakhile Sangweni won the men's 32km after clocking 01:48:48 while Carol Smith won the women's race in 02:12:35.
Whether it was the 32km, 15km or 5km fun run, the first kilometre of a race is always filled with emotion and excitement.
