Pieter releases debut album
Airfield resident Pieter Albert Jordaan (35) recently recorded his "Come Around" debut album.
The 12-track album is of a country rock and pop genre.
Pieter describes his music as inspiring and happy.
“If you are feeling down and need to be uplifted then listening to ‘Come Around’ will help you,” he said.
He moved to Benoni from the Free State five years ago.
In five years time he wants to see himself performing at big concerts and owning his own record label.
He added that owning his own record label will help him to help the youth to achieve their goals.
“My advice for those who want to follow in my footsteps is to never, ever, give up,” he said.
One of his short term goals is to give back to the community .
“I want to make a difference, but can’t do it alone; I need support from my community.”
He performs every Sunday, at Galitos, in Northmead.
“If you are looking for good music and a good atmosphere, in which to relax, then come and watch me perform songs from my album every Sunday,” he said.
“I would like to thank all those who helped me with the recording of my debut album, my family and friends for their support and my parents for giving me the talent I have today,” concluded Pieter.
