Tamia live in South Africa
Canadian soul songstress Tamia Hill will bring her Beautiful Surprise Tour to South Africa, when she performs in the Carnival City Big Top Arena, on Sunday, April 27.
Tamia’s sultry voice and five-octave range have already garnered six Grammy nominations for her.
She enjoys singing songs that have a good story to tell and for this, her third visit to South Africa, she will be armed with songs from her latest album, Beautiful Surprise, as well as some of her nostalgic earlier hits.
In Beautiful Surprise, Tamia explores various music genres, blending her special passion with each style and making them her own.
The album is both diverse and soulful.
At the 2013 Grammy Awards, Tamia was nominated for Best R&B song and Best R&B Album.
During 2013 she co-headlined the Singles Tour with R. Kelly, and also toured the United States with her Beautiful Surprise Tour.
The show starts at 8pm.
