Get your free tickets for the screening of Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom
As part of honouring Nelson Mandela's birthday, a free screening of the successful film Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom will be open to the public.
Ster-Kinekor, in the Northmead Square, is one of the theatres in which the free screening will take place for the first show of the day, on Friday, July 18, at 9.45am.
“Ster-Kinekor is extremely proud to be associated with this initiative to celebrate and commemorate the life of a truly global icon who was revered the world over,” said Fiaz Mahomed, CEO of Ster-Kinekor Theatres.
The producer of the film, Anant Singh, expressed his appreciation for the free screening of the film.
“We are delighted to partner with Ster-Kinekor and the Nelson Mandela Foundation to make our film available to the public at no cost,” he said.
Seating is limited and Benoni residents who would like to see the film must collect the free tickets at Ster-Kinekor, in the Northmead Square, from 9am on July 18.
A maximum of two tickets per person will be permitted and tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
