Fourth Benoni Cubs and Scouts Open Day, fun activities provided by the Cub Pack and Scout Troop, homemade goodies on sale to raise funds for Pow Wow 2020. • St Dunstan’s Music Foundation Sing for Joy concert, 17th production, Robert Strijdom and Japhta Luphuzi are the musical Directors; Japhta the conductor and Robert will play the organ. Music will evoke images of Egypt and some well-known pieces such as Verdi’s Slave Chorus and the Prince of Egypt theme song, guest performances by the St Dunstan’s College Choirs, and the Benoni High School Pipe band, St Dunstan’s Cathedral, Woburn Avenue, 2.30pm and 6.30pm (tickets available at Quicket, at Daniella’s Jewellers (Farrarmere Square) or at the cathedral, or Anne Young on 083 665 3775).
