Audi is introducing its new equipment line called the S line competition plus to the TT range.

Available as the Audi TT 45 TSFI in Coupe and roadster variants, the competition plus trim adds gloss black attachments, standard 19-inch wheels and a fixed rear wing.

A set of 20-inch 10-Y spoke rims are available as an option as well as LED headlights.

The TT competition plus comes with the S line sport suspension that lowers the body by 10 mm. The S line exterior package draws attention to the bumpers, the radiator protective grille, the side air inlets, the sill trims and the diffuser insert at the rear with a distinctive style.

The Audi rings and the exhaust tailpipes also have a black painted finish. With the Roadster, a black hood and a high-gloss black roll-over bar cover complete the look, while dark privacy glazing in the rear is available for the Coupé.

Customers can choose from metallic colours; tango red, glacier white and Chronos grey, which is available for the TT for the first time. Inside, it adds Alcantara, leather and contrasting stitching and as much as it is based on the S line sport package, it comes with sports seats that are upholstered with leather and Alcantara black.

Nappa leather is available at an added charge.

Embossed S logos in the integrated head restraints and contrasting stitching in express red or ara blue add accents.

Elements such as the rings inside the air vents or the trim on the centre tunnel are available in tango red (exclusively for the Coupé), turbo blue or slate grey.

There is a standard 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit. The Audi TT 45 TSFI S line competition plus is fitted with a reworked 2.0 four-cylinder engine that is linked to a seven-speed S-Tronic automatic transmission with double clutch.

The engine generates 180 kW of power and 370 Nm of torque. According to Audi, the revised engine meets the latest level of the Euro 6 emissions standard.

The Audi TT S line competition plus will be available in Germany from October and the variants with Quattro drive will be available to order in the first quarter of 2021.

It remains to be seen if Audi South Africa will be bringing the variant here.
