Anne Verster, of Rynpark, writes:
On October 19, I went to PostNet in Rynfield to have a photo printed.
Because it was my granddaughter’s 21st birthday, I planned to put the photo in a nice frame and because of the shape of the frame I had, the photo wouldn’t fit.
The staff at PostNet were so helpful and eventually, they made a plan for me.
I would like to thank them all, especially the owner because she continued to assist me until she got it right and to my satisfaction.
I was a very happy customer when I left with my photo nicely in its frame. It is heart-warming to realise there are still people who will go the extra mile for their customers.
I thank you and will never forget your kindness. God bless you all.
