SPARKS Road in Overport has been closed after a major collision this afternoon.
Motorists are encouraged to steer clear of the road as paramedics are currently treating patients and police are working to clear the scene.
Garrith Jamieson, speaking from the scene said, “There are four patients being attended to, one woman is critical and unfortunately a man succumbed to his injuries.”
Berea Mail received information that a woman was driving with another woman in the passenger seat and a baby girl and man in the back seat. A Run X was also hit in the accident which involved two cars and a DSW truck.
