Meditate in Durban

A CLARITY of Mind and Concentration Retreat takes place on Friday 9 January from 7pm to 8.30pm, Saturday 10 to Sunday 11 January from 9.30am to 3.30pm, attend any session, at 5 Dover Road, Westville (close to Westville Mall).

Enjoy simple but profound meditations on the mind, through which you will experience its limitless and pure nature.The guided sessions will include teachings on developing concentration and mindfulness and its application in daily life.

Everyone is welcome. Cost is R50 a session (donation to non-profit organisation).
