Six life sentences for serial rapist
Six life sentences handed down for convicted serial rapist.

SIX women can now embark on their personal journeys to find inner healing and recover from the trauma they had endured by the hands of their rapist, after he was found guilty on six counts of rape, which were committed in the Wentworth and Montclaire policing area since January.
On Thursday 10 September, 41-year-old Aubrey Ndadane was imprisoned to serve six life sentences imposed upon him by the court.
Ndadane would offer job prospects to his victims before taking them them to isolated bushy areas, after which he would then threaten them with a knife and rape them. After forcing himself on his victim he would make them wash their private parts with water that he kept with him in a hand held bottle attempting to destroy any DNA evidence, as he did not wear a condom. He then robbed five of the six victims of their personal belongings.
Upon passing sentence, Magistrate Wendy Robinson said that Aubrey Ndadane had showed no remorse or any regard for his victims. The victims were between the ages of 22 and 38 years.
Another 15 years was added to his sentence – three years for the five victims he had robbed of their personal belongings. The sentences will run concurrently.
Brighton Beach Detective Head, Lt Col Jayson McGrey established an operational command centre and handpicked members to be part of his task team to track and trace the perpetrator. The six case dockets were sourced, statements made by the victims were revisited including re-interviewing the victims, with a focus being placed on details they might have missed.
The six crimes scenes were re-visited and reconstructed by McGrey. DNA samples were retrieved from a water bottle and toy-gun at one of these scenes. DNA comparison results confirmed that the perpetrator in all six cases were the same. Through technology Mc Grey was able to link the perpetrator's mobile device which was still in use with that of two of his victims. His identity became known to McGrey and lead detective Warrant Officer Marius van der Looy, who tracked, traced and arrested Ndadane on 10 August on the Bluff.
McGrey would like to acknowledge his task team for their positive contributions during this investigation.
