Sew group needs volunteers
Women are needed to help cut out fabric for project run by the Cato Crest Sewing Group.
THE Cato Crest Sewing Group urgently requires women to assist with cutting out fabric for a short-term project.
The group meets every Thursday afternoon at the Cato Crest Clinic in Cato Manor (just below the UKZN playing fields) and is made up largely of unemployed women who are being taught sewing skills.
Little sewing experience is required for this latest project, as long as volunteers know how to cut out fabric from patterns.
