Charity golf day a big success

The day was a huge success with an almost full field of golfers.

THE I CARE annual golf day at the Royal Durban Golf Club on Thursday 30 March drew and almost full field of golfers who helped make the charity day a success.

“I Care would like to thank the players for their loyal support over the years, as well as the companies and people who sponsored holes and prizes. Due to the generous support, I Care were able to hand out plenty of prizes to the golf players, raffle ticket winners and spot prize winners,” said Gail Elson from I Care.

John Ellis won first prize in the raffle draw – a pool cleaner kindly sponsored by Zodiac Pools.

The winners of the Ken Bain Memorial Trophy were Jim Short and Preggie Williams.
